Is the patient information I disclose on this platform guaranteed to remain secure?

Safeguarding patient information is of utmost importance to us, and we take several measures to ensure its security, including strict adherence to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance guidelines.

We have implemented robust security measures such as encryption, access controls, and regular audits to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and secure storage and use of patient data to execute this short feedback survey.

Do I need access to patient management software?
No. You do not require the patient management software to run the survey on our platform. All your staff needs to do is enter their email and/or phone number into our online form provided to them upon subscribing to the service. Our system will automatically manage the list (under HIPAA compliance rules) send out the survey.
It is always better to inform the patient in writing that they may be selected at random to rate the services they receive at the clinic. They should be informed that they will receive a survey via survey management software and that they will only be contacted once a year.
How often will you contact the patient?
Once a year
Do I need any IT resources to run the survey?
No. Our survey management system runs on the cloud. Once you subscribe to the service, each clinic will receive a login and password to use the system.
Do I need to add any new software or hardware?
No. You can use any computer with an internet connection to access the tool.
Will I need a dedicated staff to run these surveys?
No. Your current admin will be able to use the system with ease. It will only take less than a minute for the staff to enter in the patient information as and when a patient completes their check-out process.
Do I need to train my staff?
No special training is required. We have simplified the process and anyone who can browse the internet will be able to use our system.
how can I view the survey responses?
Upon subscribing to the service, each clinic will receive a login and password to use the system. Once you login, you will see a reports tab. If you click on the reports tab, you will be able to see the survey responses and the reports specific to your clinic.
What about the negative Google reviews?
If you receive negative reviews, we will send you a secure personal report detailing the cause of the negative report. This will help you analyze the egative reviews and gives as an opportunity to improve their services and respond to patient who is dissatisfied with the service. Our system will also help you respond quickly, with professionlisim and emphathy identifying the root cause of the patient dissatisfaction. This will also help you communicate quicky on how you will rectify the error and the solutions you will put in place for future visits.
